Fat leaves the body in reverse order that it enters. Exercise, eat fewer calories, and drink lots of water because fat only leaves the body through liquids.

dont think so. stick to old fashion things like cut ur in take and move ur body more than norm.there really is not any quick fix for being stationary and gluttony of the wrong foods.
