Anyone here use Alli? Stories please. Did it work for you?

Answers:
Yes. does it work is a hard question to answer. I don't each much junk food or greasy food anyway, and I'm not overweight. I'm within my BMI. i started using it and i didn't see anything particular so i didn't think it was working. One day we had a family thing and i ended up eating a chicken that was a bit greasy. next time i went to the bathroom, there was grease in the toilet!!. i was pretty impressed. so yes it does work if you have an occasion in which you know you will be eating a bit more than you should but is it going to make you lose weight I'm not to sure. maybe if you tend to eat a lot of greasy food in the first place but like i said, i never did so it didn't make to much of a difference for me. I would try it out, i know the promos say that you shouldn't but you have to just try and see it for yourself its interesting.
I know my cousin does, but not for too long so I haven't seen results yet. In the store where I look, there is a video promo for it, and it says that if you eat too much, you leak poo out your butt.

True Story

I found alli to be a great deterrent to me eating foods high in fat, or eating too much food altogether. The ONLY time you'll suffer the treatment effects, i.e. oily discharge, diarrhea, etc., is if you go over 15 gms of fat in a meal. Just the IDEA of treatment effects has kept me from consuming too much fat. Alli works by absorbing about 25% of the fat you consume, so if you're already on a low-fat diet, it won't be much help.
Check out all the info on their website.
Alli is a complete waste of money. If anyone ever read the warnings or the info on their web site, nobody would take the stuff.

The reality is, in the manufacturer's own tests before they released the product, people who took Alli lost less than 1 lb a month more over the course of 12 months than people taking a placebo. You should just find out what the placebo was and go with that.

Ok well I'm sorry to contradict y'all but I have been taking Alli for just under 4 weeks and I have lost 7lbs. I haven't experienced ANY side effects because I have stuck my fat and calorie limits. I've also been exercising which I did before. So I think it's a good way to kick start a diet and then you have to stick to eating healthily :)
