Do a lot of crunches.
I also run a lot. Running is probably the healthiest way to lose weight quickly.
If eating is a problem for you, drink and eat a lot of protien.
I ran track in junior high and high school. It sure did pay off.
I use to fight MMA and the way I would cut weight I would go on a six small meal diet and drink pedialite and exercise at least an hour a day and you will lose weight and do this for a long time as a matter of fact make it your daily routine.
(01) Increase your fruit and vegetable intake.
(02) Exercise daily (at least 30 minutes)
(03) Take the stairs instead of the elevator
(04) Treat meat as a side dish and load up on the veggies
(05) Dip your fork into the salad dressing before dipping it into the salad.
(06) Make desserts using fresh (or frozen) fruit
(07) Drink water, diet tea or other sugar-free non-carbonated drinks
(08) Stretch at your work desk
(09) Pace when talking on the phone
(10) Eat a small bowl of bran flakes before going to bed. You'll sleep better.

You need to really want to & be dedicated & discipline yourself, having a goal doesn't hurt either (start w/ somethin litlle like for ex- pair of pants u want 2 fit in). Here are a few tips how: drink lots of water. Don't eat fried foods. Don't eat fast food. Work out at least 30 min 3-4 days a week (or do anything active). Don't drink soda. It's ok to have a free day too where u can eat whatever u want (don't deprive urself); & lastly don't weigh yourself too much (trust me) you'll just get discouraged. GOOD LUCK :)

what i did was just to drink like a liter of water everyday( cuz it did help with sum zit spots), and well, i just stopped thinking about food for a while and just went out and played with my friends more often like tag, and basketball and sorta football and then i just took my dog for walks about 5 blocks each time
and before i knew it, i lost about 5 pounds in like 2 or 3 weeks
