Does 1000 calories a day work?

Question:
When trying to lose weight?

Answers:
Hi,

I have suffered from anorexia and bulimia for the last 7 years and I lived below 500 calories for so many years and my body basically shut down. Even when I took in 1,000 calories my body was shutting down. You need at least 1,200 calories per day just to keep your organs going.

If you go to www.calorie-count.com and make an account (it's free), you can do an assessment. Type in your current weight and your goal weight and the date in which you want to achieve your goal and they will give you how many calories a day you should take in order to make it happen!

Hope this has helped!

Too few - you shouldn't go below 1,200. More if you're a teenager.
One should eat 1200 calories a day when you're trying to lose weight. You won't have any energy.
no eat around 1,200 or even better 1,500.just work out a lot.
