Hi Jessica, there is no supplement that is as good for your body as real food. No matter what anyone tells you, the best results come from a combination, eating well and taking a supplement.
There are lots of vegetables that you can eat raw (well any can be eaten raw) so preparation time can't be the issue, do you dislike vegetables?
Personally, for myself, if I lack vegetables for just one day I notice I feel less energized (sluggish), my bowels do not work as efficiently and I start craving carbohydrates which starts a downward spiral towards poor eating.
At the very least, if you won't eat fruit and vegetables then take fibre in the way of "Greens" along with a quality daily supplement. It won't match a good diet but it's better than completely missing out on the fibre and nutrition your body needs.
I encourage you to read up on all the values of various foods and see if that would encourage you to try to introduce more vegetables into your diet.
