Losing weight?

i am 13 weight 151lbs and about 5'... i want to lose weight. i dont eat junk food. i hater it bc i think it will ruin my teeth and my teeth are everything to me.i eat a lot of fruits and veggies but i dont workout that much.but i do swim and walk alot... any other help i can get?

if you want to lose weight you have to have a structure!
for example:
Breakfast:1 cup of cereal and half a cup of fruit
snack: yogurt or a smoothie
lunch:chicken or turkey sandwich, or 2 eggs with a piece of 40 cal toast
with your meal you should have a half cup of cottage cheese or half cup of another fruit
snack: sugar free popsicle, or another fruit
dinner: salmon,grilled chicken
half cup of vegetable if you have a vegtable with starch no rice or potatoes
for a night snack fudgicle, fruit or fruit snacks

Yes there's nothing wrong with drinking iced tea , that is if you're drinking the healthy type , not too much sugar , etc

Not eating junk food is one step up , but what kind of healthy foods are you eating ( besides fruits and vegetables ) ? You have got to see their '' origin '' , where they come from , if they have got too much artificial ingredients , etc

Try eating whole wheat , whole grain , organic or anything that is relatively closer to the natural kind , drink a lot of water and try getting more fiber into your system ( in the morning , when you're taking breakfast )

Try taking multivitamins and minerals to '' upgrade '' your health and sorry to say although swimming and walking is great , if you really want to speed up the process , you should do more exercises and you should try getting into more sports such as tennis , volleyball , running , basketball , soccer , etc

You could also try getting the HCG Shots with a really low calorie diet ( 500 calories ) , I tried it and I lost a lot of pounds during the first week , but I advise you to consult your doctor before doing this , because I do not know if it's suitable for all ages
