How much rest do I need for my workouts?

Yes, it is bad for your body to continually push it. You may be isolating different muscle groups each day, but those muscles still get used each day, to a certain extent. If your body isn't given time to recover it can become strained and damaged. It depends also on how hard you push those muscles on the days you concentrate on them. If you really work hard on each one, the recovery becomes that much more important.
I used to exercise for a couple of hours each day, full body each day. I didn't push really hard, just kept working. It was very slow progress that way, but I didn't injure myself either.
Good luck.
there should be 48 hours rest betweeb each exercise this means that if u do chest and triceps in monday then do it again in wednesday and aslo 1 and 1half mins rest when u perform one set
i guess that should be good, make sure to eat plenty of protein as that helps growth and repair.
don't be afraid to take some time off from working out on such a regular occasion. 4-8 days. Since you workout so often your body is in constant tear down rebuild mode and frankly sometimes needs time to catch-up.
Usually if i take 5 days off i never loose strength and often gain it and usually bench and squat etc equal to slightly greater weight amounts
Well it is true that your also depleating your bodily energy and it does need time to recover. You probably do need to rest a little bit more. But as long as your getting a good amount of sleep and eating well you should be fine.
Personally I like to do 1 day of arms with some cardio, 1 day of legs, and then 1 day of rest and sometimes cardio.
