im 15 years old and weigh about 154 pounds, im 5'9 and i was wondering if i should stay at my current weight or try 2 lose more weight, so far ive lost about 50 pounds over 1 year and about 34 during this summer, i was also wondering what are some great exercises that would help build my biceps

your fine where you are, but you could always lose a couple pounds, or build more muscle and stay at your weight.
