How many calories do i need to eat everyday to be the same weight?
Question:
Answers:
It completely depends on your weight and height. A 5'8 600 lb 20 year old would have to eat considerably more to stay the same weight as someone who was 5'8 and 140 lbs.
You also have to be mindful of how much activity you're getting. Same thing applies, someone playing soccer 2 hours daily is going to need a lot more calories to sustain their weight than a couch potato.
A benchmark for 20 year old males of average height, weight and activity is between 1900 and 2200 calories per day. To lose or gain weight you simply have to go 3500 calories in one direction or the other per pound.
about 2000 to sustain your current weight ...
about 1250-1500 to lose weight ...
