Which type of workout is better?

Question:
An hour long workout focusing on total arm and abs.

Multiple (4-6) fifteen minute workouts specializing on a different part each time

Details why would help

Answers:
A more focused workout routine for the sections that you want to work and a period of 1 and half hours should do for the initial part of your training. if you are confident that you want to increase your size and mass, then the workout is longer.

It doesn't take long to be big but it takes a longer time to maintain the shape and size you are at.
Dont work out too many parts in a day. Do about 2 parts a day for about an hour. If u work too many out and u plan to work out more than once a week, your muscles will not develop as they should because the muscles need rest to grow. So do different parts on different days.
That's not enough information.

For instance:

The hour long workout consists of x sets of y reps for z body part.

The multiple workout is what?
