Help flabby arms?

how can i get rid of flabby arms without lifting weights

Push ups to help strengthen it and stretch it, to help tone the muscles.

Hold your arms out at different angles and tighten, then release, tighten , then release, the tighten should be at least 15 seconds, then release for 5 seconds. Put your arms out at different angles to get all the arms muscle groups for the best results. It works, I do it everyday and my arms appear slightly muscled, and no flab. And I am 44 years old
swim! freestyle (also known as breastsroke) is the best for getting your arms in shape! if you swim for about 1 hr a day, for just a week or so, your arms will become stronger and less flabby almost instantly! You've got to really swim laps though.. this isn't something you can do while hanging out with friends. you've got to be dedicated while you're doing it... but otherwise, its barely any work, and it takes so little time! also, pushups are a great way to strengthen your arms, if you can do them. try incriments of 5 to start, and with each time you do them, move the number up by five.
