Did i eat too much?
Question:
- 1 cup frosted flakes
- 1/2 cup 1 percent milk
- 1 banana
- 1 bagel bite piece
- 1 piece of chicken finger
- 1/2 apple
I had 500 to 600 cals.
i had too much food!!!

No! You definitely did not eat too much! You are a growing teen, that needs all sorts of nutrients! Never deprive yourself of things because chances are, your body really benefits from it. Take it from a person that has been through an eating disorder, your eating healthy please don't push it to the limits! Goodluck, Case

You are at your ideal weight for your body height and age.

I'm sorry honey, but it sounds like you're anorexic. I've had an eating disorder for over a year now and it is a terrible thing. You need to eat at least 1000 calories and you did not eat that much. Relax.

lol.. thats something i would eat in one sitting. and im a small guy haha.. so no its not for a women it might be.
You didn't eat ENOUGH. You must eat at least 1200 calories a day. If you don't your body will think its starving and lower your metabolism to try and conserve energy. You need to eat protein at EVERY MEAL along with fruits and vegetables. Frosted flakes and bagel bites are processed foods which you should avoid. Just eat healthy and you won't have to worry about your weight.
is that just at one meal or what? if it was just one meal it's not too bad but i wouldn't all that much more that day

In my opinion, no you didn't eat too much. If you are worried about it, go for a walk or a bike ride and burn off some calories...
