Does Alli work? Have you tried it?

Question:

Answers:
If you make the appropriate lifestyle changes in eating and exercise, you won't need an artificial support. I wouldn't try it myself. It sounds as though it has undesirable side effects for many people.
I tried it and lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm still going! Who knows if it's the pills or the fact that I'm eating more healthy than before and back to exercising.
Before trying it, read the possible effects.

especially the part that says:
*gas with oily spotting
*loose stools
*more frequent stools that may be hard to control .

I am in school for Medical Assisting. We asked our Pharmacology teacher about this stuff. She said that the oily spotting of underwear is common with this type of product and that it is mostly due to the fat in your diet, when you are on this type of pill.
If you have a busy lifestyle, and always on the go - these side effects might be a burden. What I ALWAYS suggest is making sure you are drinking your 8 cups of water EVERY day. More water in Hot weather!
i wouldn't use because the "treatment" effects (there word for side effects) include lots of gas with an oily discharge
My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
