I'm not fat, but still need some good tips!?

... if your not fat, you must mean your not FAT but i'm guessing you are fat because if your not all you have to do is stomach crunches and oblique exercises, but i would bet money that your fat so first lose weight
I have lost almost 30lbs in 8 weeks, this is how I did it:
stopped drinking soda and juices, replaced with just water and green tea
stopped eating a lot of pizza, cheese, fat, junk food, etc and replaced with better food, lower carbs, no fat, no sugar, no cholesterol.
joined the gym and went 5 days a week, 30mins of cardio and 15mins of weight training.
purchased a bike two weeks into my program and rode it for 4 miles 3 times a week.
walked to and from the gym(2.3mi) 5 days a week.
go for walks whenever time allows (4-6mi) per week.
I went from 206 to 177. :-)
I would recommend a cardio routine for you more than anything else.
some people have stomachs that seem fat if they eat a lot of food at one time (like the amazing expanding stomach or something) my advice is to space your eating throughout the day and see if it helps. also, try lower abdominal workouts, since if there is fat thats likely where it will be.

Situps. Be sure to breathe while you do them. Get an abs tape.
