During the school year, I get to eat as much as I want. I eat like 5 meals a day. I am trying really hard to gain weight (mostly muscle). Last year as a freshman I gained 10 pounds, and boy it was so hard. My metabolism is hella fast. I am home right now, and I don't get as much food as I want. My mom doesn't wanna cook 5 meals, so I only get 3 meals a day, and each meal is not enough to satiate my appetite. I am trying to minimize weight loss. I've already lost like 5 pounds. I need some help.
