Shouldn't I have lost weight by now!!!??

It's not like I'm starving myself though- I'm eating 600-700 calories a day! (I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds)
I've been MUCH less strict diets than this one before, and have lost about 5 pounds in the first week.
I need to lose 25 pounds FAST! Like in a month fast! But at this rate, I'll be lucky to lose that in a year!

600-700 calories a day is NOT enough.
it is technically starving yourself because at 5'4 you need to have atleast 1200-1500 calories.
losing 25 pounds in a month is impractical, because even with diet and excersise the most we can lose in a week is 2-3 pounds, so if you multiply that by four (weeks in a month) that's only at the most, 12 pounds.
running will help a lot other than biking because that focuses more on calve toning.
AND 105 as your ideal goal... girl, you'll look like a skeleton.
be healthy, and eat more protein.
Losing more than about 10-12 pounds in a month is unhealthy. Set more realistic goals and just keep at it.
you want to be 105 at 5'4.you need to stop staring at magazines and realize that portray super skinny women as sexy..any guy i know will tell you its sick and gross to date a girl where you can see her ribs. at your size your ideal weight is only 110-145
First off, that's not enough calories for you! Don't watch the scale so much, weight is just a number and muscle weighs more than fat anyway. Do you feel better? Are you toning up? Are you clothes starting to feel loose?
Actually, your body is going into starvation mode by only eating a small amount of calories and working out excessively. You are conserving energy, and your metabolism is slowing down--as a result you are not losing the weight like you thought you would. When you feed and nourish your body with a balanced diet the weight will come off. However, in your case there is not a lot of weight to lose. Im 5'4 and have weighed 130 before, and people thought I looked great. Now I weigh 120, and I still get that I look great, but some have said I'm too thin. I can't imagine weighing 105 like you are striving to do. Please consider trying to be healthy versus trying to be stick thin. Focus on toning up rather than just slimming down. Honestly though, you need to eat more protein and more complex carbohydrates in addition to your fruits and veggies, which by the way that is great that you are eating those, but those alone are not enought to sustain your muscles--which are your fat-burners! Feed your fat-burners and you will loose weight (just a little bit though, hon!).
losing that much weight in a month is extremely unhealthy. you'll land yourself in the hospital. take your time loosing the weight. also, 600-700 calories a day is very unhealthy. your body will go into starvation mode and store the fat. you should be eating at least 1000-2000 calories a day. good luck <3
Well, you should eat a lot more calories then that and a better variety of food to stay healthy. Also, your metabolism slows down the less calories you eat. Try eating at least 1500 a day in a variety of healthy foods and keep working out. Right now you are working off way more calories then you are eating. you may not be anorexic but what you are doing is unhealthy and could make you sick. I guess, if you want a diet that will show results fast, try eating mainly low carb, low fat, and stay away from anything salty that might add puffiness or water. And drink water to keep hydrated. Vegetables and Fruits have a lot of carbs and sugar so it might take longer to lsoe weight jsut eating those alone. Just try something that won't hurt you in the long run.
according to the body mass index chart you are in the normal weight range for yur height. if you did loose that much weight, you would be Below what is considered underweight.
You will never lose 25lbs with this plan you have. What you will do is put yourself in the hospital! That calorie is extremely unhealthy for anyone without direct supervision of a nutritionist and even they wouldnt have you much under 1200. If you want to lose weight, EAT! Eat often (4-5x/day) and more than just fruits and vegetables. Sounds crazy but the more often (not more food) you eat, the more you will lose because you speed up your metabolism. Also, try doing some weight training to help in toning, burning calories, and also speeding up your metabolism. 25lbs is very unrealistic and it will not happen even with the drastic measures you are trying. Expect to lose at best 8-10 but also expect to look smaller because of the toning aspect.
i think if u loose 25 pounds u will look sickly and unhealthy! loose 5-15 if anything!
u dont need to be that thin and plus all u r doing is torturing ur body and making urself miserable (by practically starving)
