I need Ab HELP!?

ok sit on a flat surface preferably a Football Field, sit with your knees bent, and your back slightly arched with your hands grabing your knees, lean back until you feel like you are holding your weight strictly on your abs while your feet are about 3-4inches off the ground...let go of your knees and lift your arms high...count slowly to 30 or w/e, after that move your arms parallel to the ground and do another 30/sec(if you want then do some cherry pickers with your hands to feel the burn more in your arms)...then after that move your arms lower then back as if you are trying to scratch your back w/o bending your elbows then do another 30/sec...do this repeatedly along with running and push-ups and youll be sore first day for sure
