It sounds really lame but I still stick with the classic Billy Blanks Tae bo. He's kind of annoying and confronting but that seems to keep me interested and motivated. And if you let yourself believe it - he's really talking to you!
I started off with the Tae Bo Basic so I could learn the moves and build up basic fitness (trust me my starting point was zero) and then upgraded to Cardio and Fat Blasting. I like Cardio because you come away feeling like you've been for a big run - all without leaving your lounge room. Also when you get familiar with a DVD, it helps you feel like you're improving.
You can also use resistance bands with the Fat Blaster DVD so there you've got your strength training and boxing in one! Good luck. I love workout DVDs because I'm more likely to exercise if I can do it right then and there rather than hauling my *** to the gym.
