Breathing exercises for runners 10 points?

can someone PLEASE just give me BREATHING EXERSIZES.
i'm getting angry cuz i cant find a stupid website cuz all i can find is why they r important, but none telling me how to do them..i'm getting rather po'd..
so someone please help me

Breathe in through the nose and out the mouth. For running, it's best that you let it out fast that way you can get more oxygen back into your body and blood cells.
im not sure what you mean, but just breath in count ten seconds then breathe out.so, can i have those 10 pts?lol
