True Chinese food is not fattening-but most restaurants serve dishes that are fried-not so healthy. Your best bet would be to manufacture it at home and use lots of vegetables. You can buy many of your favorite sauces within package or bottled form and afterwards use boneless skinless unfried chicken and fresh or frozen vegetables. Stir fry and serve over rice. Not it is healthy. Maybe not the crispy crunchy texture but the aroma would still be there.
