Lose Weight For Fraternity Rush?


Question:
Im entering my Freshmen Year at college this fall. Rush starts on th 21st of August, and I need too lose weight so I can look better. Im drink Wu Long Tea that guarntees 20 lbs lost in 3 weeks. I weight 277 and my goal is too lose as much weight as I can before rush. I dont care if its healthy or not. I also dont want to cut off any of my limbs like i know atleast one person will jokingly say. Any advice would help. Thanks

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did.lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. I know you just want to look good but f you starve yourself you be weak, sweaty, moody and kind of stupid sounding. I know because I've done it. How do you think that will look to your fraternity? Everyone is going to gain weight in their freshman year so just adjust to that idea now and start living a little healthier. Maybe you will come out even with everyone else.
We all know that diet and exercise are the key to effective and healthy weight loss.

Finding a variety of exercises you enjoy (not just boring gym exercises) like riding a bike outdoors or walking your dog on a regular basis can help a lot.

It's all about making healthy choices and sticking to them. Remember, it takes doing something around 30 times for it to become a habit.
