its called a trike and i've heard they really work cause it works your whole body!
Maybe you can try situps instead
you don't high to run up and down staits to lose weight. But if you would run up and down for five minutes and then walk it for five and so on. ALso run on a treadmill and increase the incline. It will make you work harder to thin your legs, butt, and thighs.
Your legs may actually become bigger. Climbing stairs or walking up and down hills really build your leg/ calf muscles.

Just walking on flattish ground is a much better way to slim your legs. Walk 35 minutes 5 or 6 times a week.
simply try brisk walk for a month, sure results
funda is...if u exercise and eat alot then that part for which u were exercising will enhance.but if u keep strict in diet then u will loose
wen u start brisk walk increase time every day..dt shoot up on first day.and when u r to leave it..leave it slowly
I'm sorry, but they might not get skinnier.
When you do stairs, you will be gaining muscles, and more muscle mass will probably mean bigger legs.
If you want to stay lean though, and still do stairs, I suggest you do them fast, very fast.
And make sure to do them for about 10 min. then rest for 30 sec. to a minute, then 10 min. again for about 30 min.
You can also work up to 10 min. you dont have to start there, maybe go 3 min. to 5 min. to 7 min. then to 10 min.
