How can i get Cut in muscles?
Question:
Answers:
First off you don't need to waste money on protein shakes or special diets.
For what you want you just need to cut out the junk eat healthy and start a light weight and excercise program.
Your looking at the easy way out - changing foods. There is no easy way to getting defined muscles, it takes work because the only way to do it is to reduce the percent of body fat that you have. Odds are you probably already have muscles that are defined as much as you want they are just being hidden behind a layer of fat. doesn't have to be a pot belly or anything like that... but still its likely there.
Green Tea, in large doses has been proven to be a toxin, plus, Green tea is most closely associated with loss of weight, not gain, i would suggest High Weight, low rep, while taking a whey protein drink
i wouldn't try to get cut. i would just work on my leg muscles
heavy weights = mass
light weights = tone
If u want to make muscle instead of fat. Go high protein low carb. Strength training should be done... Using a weight that gets u to the point of not being able to lift anymore BEFORE you get to 15 reps but after u have done at least 10 reps. Preferable doing 3-5 sets of this for each exercise/muscle group. If u dont wanna be putting on extra fat DONT over eat and DONT get a protein shake that contains carbs. As far as toning goes, u actually have to get your heart rate pumpin for at least 15 mins twice a week MINIMUM.. and green tea? that stuff will help u clear out fat and help your body chew up fat more efficiently (plus itll keep u alert yet relaxed and be a good detox for your blood from the stored toxins in ur fat thats getting re-released into ur blood once u burn the fat)
pure whey protein shakes are great, gnc stores can help you find one that suits your needs. there are also different products that help you "bulk" up, they can also show you what those are. as far as the weight lifting, you should be doing less reps with a higher weight to increase mass. if you are just starting out and have never lifted before, then you need to start a little bit slowly. don't over do it the first day, you don't want to make yourself so sore that you can't even function the next day. start slow, and only work your muscles until you feel a good burn and maybe a little bit of shaking. don't work them until you feel any pain! pain is bad, a slight burn is good! i agree with the other answers, you need to eat really healthy to see the most definition in your muscles. you won't be able to see them if they are there, but are hidden under a layer of fat from eating junk. "you are what you eat" is sooo true!
