The very best way is to wrap yourself in cellophane (beginning under your arms and right down to both knees--legs separately of course) put your clothes on over top and then exercise throughout the day. This is a way of losing mostly water weight. And don't do it too often, or you can make yourself very ill.
You can't lose 7 pounds in 5 days, unless you chop off a limb. Besides, do you think your friends will like you more if you are skinny? Is that the best thing you have to impress? Jeez
I think your weight is great right now, but if you want weight loss info: The only variable you can really control is exercise. Find a method exercise that you enjoy and do it every day. Build muscle. Eat what you want when you are actually hungry and stop before you are stuffed full. Try to eat a balanced diet, but don't limit yourself with a bunch or rules and diets. Diets don't work and are unhealthy in the long run. Only do things that are healthy and that you can do forever, for the rest of your life, like cutting fast food forever. 95 percent of dieters gain it all back in one year and 99 percent do in two years. Dieting is associated with weight gain over a long period of time. You need at least 1200 to 1600 calories every day just to perform basic bodily functions.
If women like you learned to love their bodies, a billion dollar industry that cashes in on insecurities and making people feel like they are not good enough would collapse. Quite frankly, being a little fat isn't as unhealthy as being thin. Anybody who thinks diets or restricting food types is a good idea is uneducated about the human body. Short cuts do not work. It's worse for women: look at the number of average or uglier guys on tv and in movies versus the number of women. 30 percent of women in a study rated their ideal shape and it turned out to be 20 percent underweight. Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz meet the clinical requirements for anorexia, and so do 25% of playboy centerfolds. If the flippin mannequins became real women, they wouln't be able to menstruate. Women finally get some rights, but we limit ourselves like this and our bodies are reduced to objects we inspect and criticise. Men decide to only value women for their looks and a thin, attractive wife symbolizes social status for them. Girls call each other fat as the greatest insult they can muster. When did fat become worse than cruel, stupid, dishonest, lazy or cowardly. When did "chubby" start to mean the last four of those things?
We are killing our daughters and wasting our lives trying to meet an ideal that blows. I wish women would get together and fight it instead of letting others control us like this. Unless you are considered obese, or have a BMI of over 25, don't worry about it. Love your body and your confidence will light up the room and give other women permission to love themselves too.
Drink tons of water, and don't have high sodium (salt) foods and drinks (pop contains lots of sodium) during that time. That'll just get rid of any water weight in your body.
no carbs. no sugar. no greasy foods. stick with roasted chicken and vegtables. lots of salads.
The Sacred Heart diet is amazing. It's intended for people who need to lose weight super fast because they need to meet a certain weight to obtain surgery or just look great in a dress, lol. In 3 days my friend lost 4 pounds.
run 3 miles twice a day and watch what you eat.
Unless you go anorexic, you're not going to fit into that dress by losing 7 lbs.
You can still look adorable how you are, and you should accept that, just choose a different dress.
But you can eat right and exercise and trim down a bit.

the key is to eat five small meals a day (you can substitute two of those meals w/ a protein shake made w/ water, not milk or juice) w/ high protein, very low carbs if no carbs at all, just for the next five days. no alcohol, no nothing! pretty much pure protein, five times a day for the next five days. walk for 60 minutes a day, if you do no other exercising at all. slow, long walks are best for burning fat. oh yea, and no fruit! fruit has too much sugar.

for food suggestions, eat chicken salads, egg salads, green salads, baked lean chicken breast & turkey breast. you can have chicken or turkey sausage or turkey bacon w/ the eggs, but only two pieces, and two eggs. lots of veggies of course.

Eat 500 calories a day...but no fruits, no fruit juices...no sugar, no carbs. ONLY FRUITS AND LEAN MEAT, LIKE CHICKEN AND TURKEY. workout for an hour and a half a day.yes it will be heard...but u might be able to lose SOMETHING in 5 days. i just hope u realize that u WILL gain it back...but this is just for that occasion. =]

I would suggest you buy a different dress. The laws of physics preclude you for losing that much weight. You need to lose 3500 calories from your normal intake to drop one pound.
7x3500 means you have to lose 24500 calories in one week from you normal weight.
Lets say you are 5 4 and you way 160 pounds. Your daily intake just to remain at that weight is to eat 1760 calories. You will gain if you eat more and lose if you eat less. You need to take off 500 calories a day just to lose one pound a week.
I hope you see that this is not possible.
If you must do it and you do not care about your health then there are salons that will wrap you and you will lose water weight. You will quickly gain it back. So do it the day before or you will swell up like a cow.
Good luck. You can look good by being yourself and wearing something that is comfortable. Diet safely and consider this as an option in the future. .
