I quit coffee over 3 weeks ago and I still feel incredibly tired?

when will I finally be rid of the side-effects of quitting?

you need to do something to increase your metabolism naturally, and the best thing is a mild exercise regime, also increase your intake of fruit or 100% fruit juice by about 1 cup every morning will help.

are you drinking enough water? water has energy, hence giving you energy. if you're not drinking enough, you'll be tired. you have to drink at least 1/2 your body weight in oz.
Are you replacing it with plenty and I mean plenty of water? Try that
I really don't get why you are blaming quiting the coffee for you being tired. There may be a number of reasons that you are tired. Do you eat right, do you take multi vitamins, (let's face it none of us really get the right nutrition from the food we eat) You may be anaemic. maybe some other blood problems, maybe depression..there are so many other things that could be causing this...I think that you should see a doctor...
There could be a number of reasons for feeling tired.
Chronic Fatique,hyper thyroid, less than 8 hours of sleep. vitamin and or mineral defiencies . You don't have to totally omit caffiene try tea or dark chocolate.
