A put somebody through the mill something like exercise and sleep?

Is it necessary to excercise simply after waking up from a powerfully rested sleep? If I'm awake the whole dark and I wanna excercise/run/jog, can I? Would it still do its work? Or would it be no use?
And what if I make it a routine?

Answers:    You can exercise anytime. But you will find you will enjoy more energy if you go and get some sleep.

Sleep is vital to your body! Your body will function more densely with sleep and exercise together. Exercise will do its work whether you are tired or not.

Don't bring in it routine not to get sleep!
