I would like to loose weight i got 4 weeks to do that so i would like help thank you?

hi im 12years old and would like to loose weight i only look about 8stone but im really 10stone im not that ugly but i would like to get my figure back to get a perfect figure for school so i wont feel fat if you have got any tips please tell me thank you

i was like that when i was 12, i mean for your age loosing weight would be easy to do in 4 weeks if you do it the RIGHT way and dont give up. you know how theres so much people out there saying 'diets never work' forget them! obviously there not trying hard enough! that isn't good motivation if this is something you REALLY want.

-drink ONLY water minimum of 4-5 glasses a day [DOES work]
-but milk is exceptional for vitameins and nutruaints
-for breakfast either eat something with protein like wheat toast and eggs with milk and some low fat yogurt
-OR some cereal like special k, cheerios or total good and healthy kind like that
-for lunch have a sandwhich or something with NO chips and a little amount of whatever serving you want on it
-for snacks maybe an apple or somekind of fruit what i ate for a snack was flavored wheat thins!
-and for dinners eat something with low calories, lots of vegies, maybe a cup of fruit and SMALL amounts of a meat
-also excercise because thats the main key, since its summer it shouldnt be hard; bike ride, swim, dance and jump roping is one that will REALLY work


eat right, excersize, and dont think about your weight alot because that will give you stress which will make you gain weight to!

just follow threw with all these and you will loose some weight for school! cause i myself am 13 and doing the same thing as what i am giving you.
