Hi tia ! You are a very consious lady to your health. It is great thinking, what is your age and your body weight now ? In this question, it is not include. If you are fatty, you should excessive excersise and low dietery food intake from today. If you aren't so fatty, your work is sufficient for your health. I told to you, you should intake low fat milk, you shouldn't intake meat and other fatty product, you should take plenty of water, low protein diet and excessive vegeterian diet like green vegetables, fruits and simple carbohydatory diet you should intake to built your body healthy. Please don't be sad.
It sounds to me like you get plenty of exercise. If you can get your heart rate up while walking the floor that would be good. Using regular milk I think would be fine as long as you aren't drinking a gallon of it a day. Good luck!
I'ma be straight up with you, the special K diet is not an effective method for loosing weight. You need to change you eating habits by incorporating more fruits and veggies in your diet, see the problem with special k is that you are consuming way to many simple carbs. You need to exercise, that is the only effective way to actually change your body. Cardio 3-5X a week and weight lifting or circuit training. You HAVE to exercise.
But to answer your question you should always use non fat milk.

forget the Special K diet, only the manufactures of Special K claim it's healthy. Special K is no more healthy than the rest of the low sugar processed cereals on the market.
truly healthy foods are not processed like whole grains, nuts and seeds. food labels pretty much spell out what is healthy and what is not. the longer the list of ingredients the more processed the food item is and the less positive effect it will have on the health. replace the bowls of Special K with whole oatmeal and flavor with some fruit. nothing wrong with whole fat milk just keep your daily fat intake not much higher than 20% of the daily cals.
