Question:

I have eat a bodybuilder's diet on all of the days that I lift weights and a normal diet for the days that I run. I also drink 8 glasses of water and get 8-9 hours of sleep every single day.
if i do all this for 6 weeks, can i possible lose the 5 pounds of body fat and build sum muscle on my shoulders/triceps and possible even a little bit on my chest?
Answers:
yeah, its possible. but if you are trying to lose some weight, try not to eat more than 2000-2500 calories on most days until you see results. make sure you dont overtrain yourself throughout it all.
No one gives a **** about you're gay workout. Go die
do the push up pyramid up to 18 and back down and then rest for 1 min and do max reps
Well it sounds like you do lots of running and that is great. If you run like this for six weeks you will lose the fat all over you body not just from one specific body part. You are still young so I wouldn't use that many different weighted exercises. I would maybe just do 5-6 sets of flat bench presses with 8-12 reps per set. Also do some incline bench presses 8-12 reps per set. When you do bench presses they work the chest, shoulders and triceps. Do bench presses on mondays and then on thursday or friday for six weeks along with all the running and you should see a big difference.
