I work late shifts and sometimes I want something to snack on. What is the best thing to eat when working late

Anything liight - some suggestions are apples, pears, bananas, fruit cups, yogurt, any kind of veggies you like, celery, carrots, radishes, etc. Grapes are good and easy to carry. Or you can also buy some of the light snack pudding cups.
Power Bar or another brand of health bar.easy to pack and will give you a bit of a pick-me-up.

eating at night is bad cuz u dont burn calories at night so light snack should be good like fruits or fruit bars carrots , apples or salad .

I used to work the late shift !... and there's nothing better than a really good pizza at about 3 or 4 in the morning! Ha! :)

and a granola bar that has coffee in it to keep me awake
Stay away from processed foods and carbs.
Try to eat cheese, turkey, veggies, fruit, plain yogurt. And try to eat only when you are really hungry, not just because you are bored.
A pickle, it has no calories. (Also, its a food and a drink!!) The stuff in the parenthesis is a joke!! The other part is true!

you don't want to eat fatting crap at all- seriously grapefruit celery tuna (at worst) i gained serious weight eating whatever on the late shift! watch it! it'll sneak up on you. try not to eat right before bed too!
Fruit, Bowl of cheerios w/milk, Ritz crackers, grapes, cheese sticks, palm full of cashews/peanuts, regular oatmeal w/no flavor since its late at night! It also helps if you drink alot of water during the day, it keep you full and also keeps your kidneys in good shape!! Basically if youre working at night try snacking little small and healthy. Hope I helped!! Oh!! Also yogurt!!
