What is the best way to lose weight?


Question:
I want details! What foods should I eat and not eat? And how much food? How much exercise should I do and exactly what kind? I am 155 lbs and 5 ft 4 in. I want to be about 115 lbs.

Answers:
I lost 15 lbs in 3 months. I started doing 1/2 hour a day on the treadmill three times a week. I just do portion control. I eat basically everything but fast foods and fried foods. I do eat baked chicken w/veggies, chicken salad sandwiches with light mayo and lettuce. I eat salads with wheat toast on the side, etc. For breakfast I just do yogurt and have tea later on in the a.m. But that is just me. I am not complicated at all. I paid for a book that gives you a shopping list and recipes. If you email me and I will be happy to send you a copy.
for one...DONT STARVE YOURSELF! eat heathie fruites and vegdibles, no "low calorie" snacks, at least 30 min of cardigo, exersize regualyand drink one gallon of water every day (8 cups) [no more than that though] do crunches, and try doing them on uneven surfaces, peferably an exersize ball. also eat whole grains,instead of white. good luck!
