What happens to the body if one only eats healthy but doesn't exercise?

Question:
Just wondering what the answer is.

Answers:
i like this question because that is the state im in now i eat very healthy, im a vegetarian, and there is no junk food at all in my diet. however i never exercise. i still have a decent body shape but i am overweight. this is because my body has stored so much excess body fat from never exercising and i have a job which allows me to sit all day. also for my height i am overweight by almost every scale ive seen for height and weight measurement. i feel great but i know if i tone up more and exercise i will feel even better and look better too.
Now, that would depend on what one does for work or play because every move we make is exercise. And at the moment I'm exercising my fingers.
slim but flabby.
if you mean u stop lifting weights , and doing cardio. then your body will loose some muscle tone , some strenght , and you'll be more out of breath than u normally would if you return to your exercise routine. but your body will still be healthy , u just wont be the athlete u once where.
FLAB!.
You know it bro...
I have been having too much healthy food during my exams about 3 months ago (courtesy of my mom)...and guess what happened, I gained about 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Thats my big record of gaining weight.
