Diet help, please.?! ):?
Question:
now i just needed to vent. what do you all think? i need opinions, help anything? i think my e-mail is on here too! feel free to e-mail!
Answers:
Ahahahah yeah, that sounds pretty sucky. Im sorry you have to go through that. Just eat healthy and excersise. Dont go on any fancy diets or diets that require you to eat one thing, just eat whatever you want, but in moderation. Like if you want ice cream, you can buy the low fat version and also only get a small portion. That way you can have what you want but also not let it get out of hand. Good luck on your diet!
Also, if you want, you can email me to vent, because i hate diets too. Kind of sucks that if you want to lose weight you cant pig out on chips and ice cream. :P
HOPE THIS HELPS! (Feel free to email me for more help)

oh my god you are so right! dieting like that can completely change your attitude! (i've experienced it, and yet, im only a teen) if you just want to tone, simply run 3-5 days a week and do situps. pilates helps too and its also really fun. as for venting, i dont know what to tell you.
Cabbage diet. Stop that right now! Fad diets are not the answer to long term healthy weight management. Go back to eating properly and exercising and phooey with all fad diets.
cabbage soup ewww!! if you want to lose weight and tone up just eat fruits, veges, nuts, and meat all you want all day!! jog for 30-45 mins 2-3 times a week. trust me this works wonders!! and its super easy!! and your never hungry. good luck hope this helped!!
you can have junk food but count ur calories u know but i dont mean eat half a bag a chips and half of a twinkie i mean have ur breakfast and then get a twinkie cut it in thirds and share it with someone it is a small piece but it will be the best part of ur day and if u dont want to maybe u can do it every two days good luck i have been trying to do the same thing im not over weight but i like to stay healthy and fit
Eat a diet centered around starches high in fiber(this will keep away hunger) add fresh vegetables, legumes and beans and fruit, eat your foods whole (potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat pastas), stay away from processed foods (white flours, white rice anything that has had its fiber removed through processing) limit proteins (meat, chicken, eggs) There is a diet that is optimum for humans just as cats and dogs are true carnivores and require a diet plentiful in meat. Cows and horses are herbivores and require a diet high in grain and plant. It then only stands to reason that there should be a diet that best serves the human species also. A diet that does not help the manifestation of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and all the chronic illnesses that plague our rich industrialized country we are fortunate enough to live in. Gather as much information on nutrition as possible. Look and recognize the bias in information, remember the food and diet industry are run by corporations and have agendas, they sell for profit. A study can be skewed, producing results that increase revenue. Then using your God given good sense make the decision based on what you have learned and what is most suitable for you.
Good Luck
oh no not the cabbage soup diet , no matter how unhappy you are with the way you look no one should do that diet not only do you starve your self but it's smell makes me gag..
go healthy again.nothing like it ..i use to do all those fad diet and end up gaining 50ilb in 9 months from yo..yo dieting if i just stuck to healthy eating i would have lost the weight i wanted in shorter time but now i ended up gaining more weight and it's going to take me more time to lose it.
The only is safe way to lose weight is exercise and eating healthier just the little things like if u eat a bad cereal change it to something good and it sounds like ur doing just that so dont be down on urself the first steps to losing weight seem hard but will eventually even itself out to normal.
P.S. never go on diets and never starve yourself just stick to eating healthier and exercising
Diet fads don't last because they focus on a short-term fix. Try instilling some long-term habits, like drinking water over soda...walking...runninng.a... other good habits. A few small changes a week will help you in the long run...much more so than a crash diet. See the link below - it has a lot of free information to help you out. Good luck!

I really like the cabbage soup, but not for a diet.. This is a good place to vent. I hope you feel a little better now. you need to eat something, but not junk food! how about a piece of cheese? It is protein and will help keep you from getting dizzy. This is what happens when people eat only one type of food. The secret to losing weight is not starvation but eating small amounts often. Your body has certain requirements of nutrition every day and when you deny yourself these things is when trouble starts., first the physical and then the mental (giving up) then the whole viscious circle starts all over again!
Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
