Here is a routine that I do, as well as my cousin.
First warm up by stretching your arms then legs.
first work out for triceps. Take a chair (or you can use your couch if it is high enough) and sit in front of it with your back to it. Then place your palms at the edge of the chiar and lift yourself up, do this 20 times.
Then do bicycles, for 30 seconds...for your abs.
then do wall sits for 30 seconds/or lunges 10 on each leg
Do the whole circuit 3 times and as you progress try each 5 times
If you have cable try the work out station or go to wal-mart, they have lots of workout videos that are easy to do.
