I am 51 kilograms and 14!! i feel quite fat. do i need to lose weight?

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc). but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more

I just asked about the same question. Umm well. It depends on how tall you are.. I'm 5'4" and I'm 53kg. (I just gained 4 kg this summer ='[ )
If you feel fat, then just cut down on fatty foods and eat lightly. After a few days you should feel lighter. If you are my height or taller, you do not need to loose weight. But to make yourself feel thinner, just cut down on sugary foods and really heavy meals. Try eating things like yogurt for bfast, soup for lunch and, salad for dinner.

that is what 112lbs? no u feel fat because Ur 14. its part of socity and school. pressure is put on to be the leanest, prettiest, funnest, most popular, smartest person in school oh can't forget to have the coolest parents. u r fine. just do what u do watch Ur sweet and carb in take, do at less 20 min of exercise 3x week u will be fine. u also have to think about how much muscle u have and how tall Ur. i never fit in when i was in school. i was muscle built. i moved furniture at home and moved firewood and what ever else. i did more that the ave kid so i had more muscle. that scared people. so they picked on me as big. then id bet the guys in arm wrestling or weight lifting and they left me alone. but it depends on Ur body type. don't be hard on Ur self. OK.
