ok i need to loose at least 10 pound. i started doing sit-ups for more than 5 minutes. next i jumproped for about 10, and dance for 10 more. i REALLY need to loose the wieght. i'm eating fruits and vegies. is there anything else i can do to help, exept for diet pills.
