anyone got any ideas to get skinny fast!
i just can't stop my self eating aswell i just am such a pig! i don't know how to tell yooh american people how mutch i weigh but for thoes english people i weigh 8 stone 10 x

okay, listen to ME! not anybody who says eat right and excercise
that's not how you get skinny
first of all, drink 10 glasses of iced cold water a day. that burns 300 calories
don't touch carbs, even for breakfast. eat only fruit before noon.
for lunch, have a salad, and if you must have flavor put some lemon juice mixed with water on it
remember to drink plenty of iced water.
and for dinner don't eat too much, becuase you're about to go to bed so what's the point of eating dinner? but you should have something so you won't feel sick during the night.

wake up really early, like 5 or 6, to work out
and excercise whenever you can. and excercise hard.
if you don't have time, make time.
Stop eating and start exercising.
and for the european people? i mean in kilos and cm...

well, first need to discipline yourself. divide your 3 big meals into 5 small portion meal. exercise. drink more water. and motivate yourself

most people only eat when theyre bored and have nothing to do but make a trip to the fridge. If you get out and keep yourself occupied (hang out with friends, watch a movie, etc.) you'll find that you wont eat as much.
Become a Veggie and exercise like 3 hours a day but make sure you eat enough because in order to lose weight you need to have some caleries and energy in you to exercise more...
Get the book "Skinny B*tch" by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. One is a former Ford Model agent and the other has a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition. Well, the book will tell you how to live better, eat better, change your diet, and stop being a pig. Good luck! The book is funny and good for you if you want to be a skinny b*tch.
listen to your bodies need. Eat only when oyur body says its hungry not when your having a craving or someone offers. And stop eating once you no longer feel hungry not when your full. Exercise alot. Make it part of your life style. Something you do almost everyday. Those are ways to become skinny and stay that way.
8st 10 is not exactly fat is it child.

I was like you a few months ago its NOT worth honestly you may be skinny but your teeth are ruined and your hair gets thinner, your normal weight please don't try to get skinny its not worth just eat normal and exercise please don't end up like me
8 stone 10 is fine, but you could try just doing more exercise.

Oh dear, this question is upsetting. Eat healthily, exercise frequently and enjoy life, no matter what size you are.
We all want to be skinny chuck, that is why we are on the computer and not in the kitchen where the food is.
