Do you have a local recreation center that offers sports clubs? Maybe you could join one of them. Or sign up for an excersice class at the rec center. My local rec center offers stuff like that. Sounds like you'd do well in a group setting with someone to motivate you.
trampolines are fun and good exercise
try getting some friends together and just walking in the local park. Do some gossipping, forget about the time, and just go until you're tired.
I love biking, walking and playing back yard games, they are good exercise. I have bought several tapes of Yoga, Palates and many other type exercises that are fun to do and really help.
well, u could get a gym membership, which offer classes that u can take that aren't necessarily scheduled in advance, or you could run/walk fairly often with either another person or media player, either of which make it easier. A sport is also good.
Honestly, I'm the exact same way. What I did was I found some friends who enjoyed the same sports that I do. Just about every day we end up playing hockey/basketball/paintball, or honestly anything active that sounds like fun. Just play a sport you like, Raquetball and tennis are really fun sports that just need at least 1 other partner to get a really good game and workout. Good luck to you.

Inline skating? That is a lot of fun, how about becoming a hot azz skateboard chick. As for me, I am a 260 lbs 6' 3'' lineman, so I don't need anything else but the weightroom and the local gym, that is my exercise, as for you, as a girl you should do something like inline skating, they are pretty cheap nowadays, go to any sport store they have plenty of them. Also, aerobics is a lot of fun since 2 of my teen sisters do it at lifestyle or w/e the hell it is they go, it is a gym/spa just for ladies, and it is very effective.
If you wanna build some muscle (I dig girls with muscle tone) then get a membership at your local gym, they are not just for guys, they have plenty of stuff you can do to tone your body, and lose fat quickly. Search the intarnets for weightloss plans and stuff for the gym

You have to find something you enjoy. It's that simple. If you hate what you do you won't do it. I've been working out with weights and doing a cardio program for over 30 years. I would suggest setting up a program with several different types of cardio excercise. When one gets boring switch to another. You will have to make some kind of commitment just you do to going to school or work everyday. You may want to try a personal trainer to get started if you can afford it. And remember a good diet is all important. Good luck.
Do you live near the shore? Going to the beach is fun and great exercise. Pack a cooler with bottled water and fruit, take some towels and sunscreen and you're set for an afternoon of fun. Take leisurely walks on the beach (you will also get a great pedicure, too) and do lots of swimming.
Otherwise, try the local pool or a neighbor's pool for swimming. Again, great exercise and fun!
The two best solutions to a lack of exercise, for me, are: (1) Find a sport you like and, ideally, a friend with a mutual attraction to the same sport - Tennis and Golf are two excellent ones, and
(2) Do a few, even as few as 5 each, sit-ups and push-ups every morning - first thing when you wake up and every night - last thing before you go to bed. Then slowly increase #2 and add a third mid-day sit/push-up.

think about the benefits and how important they are.. if theyre not impt. to you then go ahead, be fat if you want to.
1. go grab your friends to play with you.
2. do jumping jacks when youre bored at home. do 50 a set, or if you can handle more than fifty push to 100.
3. since you say you have young siblings, play jump rope contest with them. the most will win. obviously you will win. lol.
4. go play tag with your siblings.
5. sit-ups.
6. if you have a neighborhood basketball court, then go grab a ball and play there. grab your friends too...
