How do i loose some wieght on my behind?

Question:
i need to loose a little wieght on my thies and butt who do i?

Answers:
The best way to lose weight on your legs and your behind is to cycle! That is the best... but if you do not have a bike, you may want to run or jog or walk. I find it works best if you walk/run in 35 minute sessions... maybe one at night and one in the morning. That is what I do! I dont know if you are trying to lose weight all over but, I have recently started trying the apple patch diet. My girlfriend has been using it for about 3 weeks and lost about 10 pounds... I just recently started and lost 6. Something like that may help you if you are needing energy or trying to lose weight gradually. You can check out the site i got mine from http://applepatchdiet.com/d.cgi/jc47443/...
Also, make sure you stay away from sugar and sodium and drink LOTS of WATER... I hope this was helpful to you! Good luck!
Run, walk, swim, ride a bike, climb stairs instead of the elevator.
You can't spot reduce, which means you can't make your body lose weight off one place.

Do squats, lunges, and deadlifts to see a difference. If you use a treadmill, set it on an incline to make the muscles in your thighs and butt work harder to get you moving.
Work out, and eat healthy.
ummm... Here is an exercise. Get down on all fours and lift one leg up behind you and bring it back down. Do that for five times and then switch. Also try lunges and walk for thirty to forty minutes a day.
