All you need to do is limit your bread/ grains and cut out or sugars. Stay away from bread, pasta, rice, crackers, fruit, sugar and soda. You can eat all the veggies you want. I am on a 500 calorie - 10 fat - 200 carb diet. I eat a banana & apple for breakfast - 4 oz of peas & 4 oz creamed corn for lunch and 4 oz spinach for dinner. This is NOT a good long term diet, but for just a week or to is fine. Best of luck with that!

Keep it simple, and go on an easy diet. check eery couple of days how you are going. but i wouldnt try too many diets because some are cheap and dont work.Trust me, Ive seen it happen before.
I'm on a 1,200 calorie-diet at the moment and I've been losing a pound every day. But, this is how it always starts. Once you get smaller and have less fat, then it's going to get more difficult. However, I've been getting excellent results. Just watch how many calories you eat, have three full meals a day, and eat healthy snacks. That's all!
You have to find ways to burn calories, find creative ways like walking in the woods or on terrain that is not level. Take off work for 4 days, fast for 3 of those days drinking nothing but water, then get on track with a healthy diet with many fruits and veggies, turn your breakfast and lunch into the most important meals of the day, don't snack within one hour of bedtime and not at night, cut the soda or juice intake, cut salad dressing and potato chips, no candy eat fruits instead, drink at least 8 cups of water each day, get a good nights sleep at least 7 hours per night minimum. Little things like standing instead of sitting while wating in line or at an appointment help, dont lean on things, wiggle your toes many times per day..
There is no quick solution to loosing weight but eating healthy and sensibly is one of the best possible way in your case to reduce weight and if u like dancing keep it up coz that will lose some calories . Being overweight shouldn't be a problem but being ignorant and indolent is what you should avoid.
well justa few days of exercise isnt going to do anythign, b/c your body has to get used to the work and then you start losing, but ifyuo dont want to exercise take up a sport like swimming, biking, tennis, volleyball, ect. but if you dont want to do any extra work then just eat about 1500 calories a day and then you will lose weight. it will be hard but w/ out exercise its goign to be very diffecult. drink only water!! and eat whole grains and whole wheat breads, no fried foods, and no fatts. well not many fats. salads or sandwhich on wheat bread and turkey for lunch and salad or grilled chicken or grilled fish w/ lemon squeezed on top, and some veggies,a nd fruits for snacks! hope this helped! i know how hard it is to lose weight trust me! and i feel bad for you b/c for some ppl its harder to lose weight than others, and i am the same way i cant lose very easily, i am 110lb's now and i am tryig to keep it hat way but it is difficult! good luck! really!
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
