Sticking to your weight loss??HELP?


Question:
Ok here's the deal I have lost a lot of weight a year ago but now i've gained like 1/3 of it back and I want to get back into the swing of things. Advice?

Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

be honest with your self and dont say a little wont hurt, it will come right back at you when and where you dont want it to. it gains more wait then just eating regularly. DONT CHEAT! more fruits and veggies will help and try watching your calories! 1200 should be all the calories a teen-adult women should eat. Good Luck!
I set goals and treat myself to a non food reward...new make up for every 2 lbs. Every 5 lbs i get shoes or a purse. when I get the the final goal a spa and shopping day. you will need new clothes for when you lose weight. Treat yourself!
Just try to watch what your eating you can eat everything but
do not eat any of everything much a little is enough (little is better than can't eat) .. and keep sport up ..and the most important things do not eat anything fat or heavy on the stomach after 8 o'clock and ofcourse do not eat then sleep right after it (even it's a nap) leave 2 hours at least to digest well.. that's it live you life .. try finding some weight loss sight on the internet and have it tell you what to do. Try 1 hour of exersize per day, Only eat 1200 calories, And its very easy to stick to it when you get foods that taste good but are still healthy Good luck and i hope ya stick to it!
