Question:
im 15 and im turning 16 soon and im going to have this big party and i wanna look nice...
i want to lose some weight...im not fat...but im not that skinny.
i want to slim down my thighs and have a nice flat stomach.
problem is i am constantly hungry!
its like nothing fills me up so..its hard....
soo please anyone who has tips...advice.anything please help....

Don't lose weight if you don't have to. I'm sure you look great :).
Drink lots of water, to fill your stomach. Some breads and empty foods also.
go jogging,walking,or running.i have a forest behind my house so i used go there and walk all the time with my dogs...its a great way to past the time and think about your life and everything in it
High fiber foods are good for something filling without a lot of calories. Something like oatmeal with skim milk and brown sugar. Or celery hearts dipped in a vinaigrette.
drink lots of water,sweat try to find something tasty with small amount of calories and dont eat pizza hamburgers etc it will make you thinner and u'll have better skin
you shouldn't wanna work out to look nice, you should wanna work out to be healthy. Too many kids these days break into a sweat by eating, it's disgusting. If you're healthy enough, don't worry too much, just run on the weekend and hit the gym when you get time. You're never full because you're a teenager, that's what teenagers have a reputation for- being eating machines. No problem 'til your metabolism slows down, and that won't happen for a long time. Slim thighs you can get by running and doing leg presses at a gym, and the flat stomach is running and sit-ups.
Lemon water, and lots of salads, also you can try a Colon cleanse, that will drop a few pounds. Hope this helps.
First of all cut way back on your salt/sodium intake, no more than 2000mg a day. Unless you have some medical condition that makes it necessary that you have more salt in your diet (I'm not a Dr. so I can't imagine what that could be). Drink lots of liquids, especially water and fruit juices. Make it point to do at the very least 10 tummy crunches a day and walk, walk, walk. Stay away from foods high in calories and fat grams, those little guys can add up fast. Munch on raw fruits and vegies, ice milk or sherbet are good lo-cal sweets. I enjoy dipping crusty bread in broth for a light weight lunch and I make pies with frozen pie shells, and flavor Jello pudding mix using 2% milk. Hope this helps
drink lotsa water and make sure you have wholemeal bread in your diet. it'll fill you up and thus make you less hungry.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
