Hi,

Generally on a Fast, you should only drink water.
I would'nt recommend taking a laxative, and on a Fast,
it would be best to drink only Distilled Water, as opposed
to Tap Water. Headaches, or dizziness, etc., is a sign
that your body is iliminating toxics, impurities. After
consistant Fasting, you'll feel less discomfort. I Fast for
a duration of 48hrs/wk. 24hr to 36hr/wk is good also.
I'm going to cover the second part first, since that's the easier part ;-)
Enemas are for anyone that needs it. I don't want to be too graphic, but usually, older people need them because older people get constipated easier (mainly because they have less enzymes and probiotics than younger people do). There are some children that need enemas when they get too constipated and aren't able to push it out themselves. but that's more rare to happen.

As far as the headaches, that could be lack of nutrition (if you've been fasting for a while), or your body is purging toxins. It's a good thing in the long run, but not fun while it's happening. It should pass within a few hours... although using a cold pack might help it pass faster (maybe, depending on what the headache is from).

I would not advise to take laxatives while fasting at all. and you really shouldn't NEED an enema unless you are overly constipated (where you can't push it out easily). By the nature of fasting, you shouldn't take anything other than water, and that includes supplements, drugs, and even laxatives. but when you take a laxative, it not only forces out the stuff in your intestines, it can actually take out some of the nutrients that your body hasn't absorbed yet.

Aside from that, it's not a good idea to take a laxative unless you NEED to take it, especially not on a regular basis. There are actually warnings on most laxatives that say they are not for long-term use because your body can get used to having that extra liquefying effect.. and if your body gets used to it and stops working as much to push stuff out, you may not be able to have a BM without the laxative.
You shouldn't take laxatives on an empty stomach first of all- they will cause cramping. Secondly, why would you take laxatives OR an enema when fasting? Is it for a prep for a medical test or something? IF not, don't take the enema or laxatives. They will deplete your body of important nutrients that your body needs, especially since you're not giving it any through fasting.
