Is there any way to lose weight..?

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc). but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more
Maybe like a pound or two, but its not healthy. I am 5'6" and 145 Lbs and I am pretty happy with my body.
short cuts are not healthy solutions. But yes if you have to get in that dress .not bad to try it. If you add some kind of exercise with 500 calories.i think surely.
Stop asking these questions, man! And 500 calories a day is just sick, thats like a PB sandwich and a glass of milk. Eat around 2000-2500 calories a day and gradually cut out 200 calories a week. Eat a diet high in fat, high protein, and low carbs. And lift weights like crazy.
work out 20 minutes a day and eat less
Your body will go into starvation mode and start holding back water and extra fat. so you will actually gain weight by eating those few of calories.
You can lose a few pounds in a couple of days but it will just end up coming back on anyway. You need to make longer lasting changes in order to lose weight and keep it off.
Go to a gym and work out. Start running every day. Eat way less. If u cant make it to a gym then do simple excersices like push-ups pull ups and situps and running.
You aren't going to burn any calories if you don't excercise. You lose weight by creating a CALORIE DEFICIT. You need a deficit of 1000 calories to lose 1 lb. Therefore, if you eat 500 calories a day and burn 1000, you will lose half a pound.
you cannot lose weight in three days unless your talking like a pound and a half.
that's a fact.
eating only 500 calories a day is not healthy and your body will think your starving yourself. so then, when you do eat more than 500 calories your body will store EXTRA fat so that if you starve yourself again it can thrive off of the stored fat.
don't do it.
eat healthy and exercise and the pounds will come off.
and personally i think your weights fine.
excercise lots, and eat over 1350 calories ... you need to, or else you may end up GAINING weight, as your body will go into starvation mode.
no you have to ease into the dieting.. if you start starving yourself... you'll lose wieght .. for now (not in 3 days though!).. but when you stop starving.. you'll gain more wieght than you were before... your body thinks there is a food shortage and pack on the pounds b/c your metabolism slowed down.. . i recommend swimming and concientious eating
exercise..
its effective..
be a vegetarian..yeipeee...
Become very active eat less food but quality foods, Juice your fruits and veggies, it will help.
You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. Look at http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html... in the kitchen section on why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension.
When eating, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times longer than you’re accustom to. This will aid in digestion. Add fiber and organic choices to your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
Nope, not in 3 days regardless of you eating only 500 calories... The reason is simply that your bodies metabolism will slow down and you will feel fatigue. 3 days is not enough to see a significant weight loss.
Eating anything less than 1400 calories a day is a sure fire way to make sure that you will become fat and struggle with your weight for the rest of your life. Do some research and really learn about metabolism and how the body works. My sister eats over 3000 calories a day and wears a size 6 because she works out for 1-2 hours a day, 4 days a week. She is HEALTHY, not skinny and unattractive.
I promise you that you will destroy your body's ability to burn fuel efficiently if you starve it. Seriously, read up on it. You'll be glad you did.
