Instead of focusing on losing weight, you should focus on losing fat. Losing fat - rather than weight - will help you to get your body toned. Following a whole foods approach combined with strength training and cardio (especially high intensity intervals) will get you in shape. A quick fix is never the answer.

Go to the Gym and exercise with every machine they have
Try the following:
Give up completely bread, pasta, cakes and any food or drink containing sugar.
Eat only small portions of meat, fish, etc., and plenty fruits and veggies.
Drink plenty of water and natural fruit juices.
Never eat too much before going to bed.
Exercise a little if you can, mainly stretching, slowly and in concentration.
Always keep in mind that you are reaching your objective.
See continuously a beautiful and slim you in your mind.

However, women shouldn't go too crazy. Lately women are getting into it too much and losing their curves. I don't know how many women I've seen with a man waist lately.
I love curves and hips! It's not attractive to see a woman that has a waist that goes straight down to her legs.
allowing yourself to sweat when you're at home.
jog a few rounds round your neighbourhood a few times a week, drink lots of water, make sure you poop at least twice a day...drink 5-8ml of bittergourd juice or any kind of laxative which will help you to poop. eat tons of vegetables high in fibre to help bowel movement. eat yoghurt after your meal to help digest your food properly.
if you need to get to short distances, don't drive, take a walk. walking also helps tone the body
