What is the best abdominal exercise to loose inches? I have arthritis in my lower back and fibromyalgia.?

I also had twins, one with c section and the other vaginally. So I had my stomach muscles torn in both directions. I AM NOT LOOKING TO BUY ANY EQUIPMENT OR DIET PLANS. I firmly believe that someone knows something that will help!

I also have fibromyalgia and some other problems not yet diagonsed.
you could try crunches laying on something soft.
I don't know if that will aggravate you or not.
try this method: drink ice water only in the morning for breakfast, it speeds up your metabolism and burns fat as it does. and jog about 1mile and a half a day eat your regular lunch and dinner and no eating after 7pm i lost 35 pounds in 2 months and drop from a size 36 to a 32 in jeans.

I believe the ONLY real way to loose inches anywhere, stomach or butt or legs is to burn more calories than you consume. In other words exercise more and eat less. Both with in moderation.

That said, targeting only the abdominal muscles will not cause you to loose inches around there. If anything you might increase their size by building muscle there. Instead, go walking or swimming or running...at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes a session. Start off slow, but be consistent. Once you get into a grove, do it more often for longer periods.

Combine this with proper/moderate food intake and you're there. With this method, you'll loose inches and keep them off. Also you'll be healthy.

Oh, don't expect to loose it fast. There are no real shortcuts to looking better and being healthy. Just do it!

Again, consult your Dr. and maybe a professional dietitian. Be sure you are healthy enough to start a "inches off" program. Start too soon or too fast and you might hurt your self.
