Lower body workout problems?

I have started working out lately and began to incorporate creamy squats and deadlifts into my routine. However, today after finishing a set of deadlifts, I felt extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I have to sit down to prevent myself from fainting. Also, my heart rate be pumping very complex and did not go down for almost 5 minutes. Could someone give me some suggestions on what to do?

Answers:    ive have the same problem when i did deadlifts years ago. years latter after i gained adjectives kinds of shipment from getting off drugs, i didnt own this problem. i dont know why.
you need to enjoy your doc check your blood pressure. watch your vivacity supplements, dont go crazy beside them. watch your sodium intake too along near whatever else the doc tell you to watch. if you dont want to debris a doctor visit, take your blood pressure checked for free at a wal mart or supermarket. im assuming it will be too high for your age and cargo. do your research to find out why (like family histories) and start drinking better to help it. do your research on supplements for blood pressure too. inborn stuff is always better than medication.
believe me i know its hard, but dont move up so hard and dont ever do deads and squats on duplicate day. instinctively if it were me i would do up to 4 sets of 10 (or more reps) and when i started to procure dizzy after a set or felt lightheaded i would quit that movement for the time and do my ancillaries (abs, calves etc...) but thats just me, you entail to find whats best for you.
take support of that blood pressure, oftentimes there are no symptoms or symptoms solely when your under great duress (such as squats and deads) and if you agree to it go on too long you can really fold your health.
most importantly, hang on to up the good work and never grant up.

where within are new horizons here can always be clean goals.
Keep up the right work.
