Which fruits i should take for a lunch to reduce my weight?

any fruit really is a better choice to eat healthy and reduce your weight if in exchange for a bad diet.

some of my favorites are: you can eat alone or with others

melon, cut up into slices and pack as a snack
apples- cut up, dip in yogurt, peanut butter.
blueberries- added to yogurt or cereal too
celery- peanut butter
carrots
grapes
red peppers/green peppers and hummos is good
cucumber with olive oil

all those fruits are very tasty and the added dips or ideas are either great calcium, protein or healthy fat choices =]

grapefruit is extremely good for losing weight. it has something (i forget wat its called) but it helps shed pounds
Apples, Pears, Peaches, Kiwi, Cantaloupe, strawberries and any berries are good...
no food at all
Which ever ones you like.. But fresh fruit is best.. Dried and Canned are a option but they have a lot of sugar.
Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Plums, stay longer... in my opinion. Melons are great but they go bad fast. I can't eat berries but they have lots of anti-oxidants and I think they say keep for a long time also.
