Have some sort of protein/energy/nutrition bar( I like Pria Nutrition the best) with a piece of fruit. Remember to watch what drinks you are having too. Try to limit sugary drinks drink unsweetened iced teas and water instead.

As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc). but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more.
As far as food, try oatmeal or something low calorie and low sugar that fills you up.
usually oatmeal mixed with one cup of cornflakes or anythign thats not sugar coated, is good for you, with one cup of skim milk. And then follow that with a glass of orange juice (not the fake kind, pure squeezed ones are the best if somewhat expensive) and an apple. They're all low-fat yet with enough calories to get you through the day.
I would eat half a grapefruit, and a bowl of the quaker instant oatmeal weight control. Grapefruit jump starts your metabolism and the oatmeal will keep you full all day and it tastes great! a healthy cereal is anything by kashi (they don't taste so great though) or all bran! All Bran Yogurt bites are my favorite! they keep you full most of the day!

Eating an egg (hardboiled or scrambled) with one piece of wheat toast. There was an article on yahoo news about this. It said women who eat eggs for breakfast eat less through out the day. I have been doing this for a month and have lost 9 pounds so far. I have also cut out sugar. Good luck!
