Can you.?

Question:
how many pounds can you lose overnight...i told my mom i weigh 140.2lbs but i really weigh 146.4lbs and i want to know if i can lose any weight by tomorrow morning because my mom wants me to weigh myself in front of her

Answers:
Umm... no. You could lose maybe up to a pound by going to the bathroom, but that would be if you already had to go. Well, I suppose maybe 2 pounds if it was a good BM. but it looks like you have to admit the truth.
U should hve a good set of scales and stand in only ur under pants. After a shower and b4 u eat. keep i the same each time, and on a hard surface.
We used to hve to run guys to keep them off weight control and u sure don't want to go down that road. Look at it this way the weight did not come on over night and will not come off over night, it takes time.
Why would your mother care if you're 146 pounds? But you'd might as well put a couple sweaters on, some pants, and a garbage bag over yourself (cut a hole to stick your head out of) and get exercising! Run on the treadmill, get in the sauna, sweat as much as possible! Drink no water the day before. GL!
sounds to me like there is something wrong with your mother if she wants to "weigh" you. i think you should talk to her about this.
